One of my lemon trees which have such an abudance of fruit at the moment I don't know what to do with them all.

How many lemon trees do you have then?
I have a tree too, and they eventually rot. LOL! Bradley loves being sick though and getting me to make lemon and honey.
I love the smell of freshly crushed lemon leaves. I also want a lemon tree!!!!

I have 2 that produce nice sour lemons, 2 that only grow not sour lemons and some sour ones but only certain branches (very confusing). And then one that produces bitter oranges...they are good for marmalade.
Mmmm, make lemon curd! Theresa posted a very easy microwave recipe on BN a while back, just do a search for it.... Mmmm, lemon currrrrd!
