Day 131 - Pool

We spent some time at the pool and Daryn braved the "refreshingly cool" water, which I just call freezing.

In the background you can see the terrace where we had most of our meals.

Day 130 - Down by the River

Daryn took me away for the weekend to Valley Lodge in the Magliesberg, it is such a beautiful and romantic place with the river running through it and all the big trees.

Day 129 - Nursing Necklaces

I recently found out about nursing necklaces so thought I would try make some with what I have at home.

Basically it is a necklace which baby can fiddle with whilst nursing, that must be strong enough to survive baby's tugging and playing.

I have no idea if these will work but I thought I would try, if baby doesn't like them I can always break them down and use the beads elsewhere.

Day 128 - Red Rose

Day 127 - Reading in the Bath

This is one of my favourite gifts and it comes in useful when I need a relaxing bath like I did early this evening.

It can hold a candle, my book and a wine glass...perfect!

Day 126 - Working Bee

I came across this little fellow busily collecting pollen or something from seed pods on the floor. If you look closely you can see the pouch on his leg is fully packed.
